Booking at the Refuge

Our stays are designed to give you the time needed to truly disconnect. Here’s how it works.

General conditions

Minimum stay
All stays require a minimum of two consecutive nights.

An exception applies to camping sites on the Chevreuil Loop, ideal for cyclists travelling along the P’tit Train du Nord linear park.

Arrivals and departures
Arrivals and departures on Saturdays are not permitted, in order to preserve the experience for guests staying over the weekend.

Check-in / Check-out
Check-in : From 3:00 p.m.
Check-out : Before 11:00 a.m.

Rates
Rates listed in the Bookings section include the full cabin stay for the number of guests indicated (based on cabin capacity) and include firewood in winter, propane, and everything listed under the inclusions on the specific cabin page (taxes not included).

A $100 security deposit is pre-authorized on the day of your cabin arrival.

Cancellation
Cancellations or modifications are possible up to 10 days before the start of your stay. Within 10 days, no changes or cancellations are permitted. A 3% fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover transaction fees.
